Director of Systems Improvement and Youth Homelessness
Youth Collaboratory

Josephine Pufpaff joined MANY in November 2017 in the newly created role of Director of Systems Improvement and Youth Homelessness. In this role Josephine is responsible for leading the organization’s effort in informing, influencing and advancing coordinated responses to preventing and ending youth homelessness at both the local and national level.

Prior to MANY, Josephine was a Senior Program Manager for the HUD TA team and Minnesota HUB office at Corporation for Supportive (CSH). In this role, she shaped technical assistance provided to communities through the Pay for Success Social Innovation Fund (SIF) and delivered training and facilitation services on capacity building, systems planning and program development services on youth specific housing and supportive services for youth populations.

Josephine’s commitment and passion to ending youth homeless was born from her time as Director of Strategic Design and Evaluation at YouthLink, a non-profit organization serving youth experiencing homelessness. In this role and working in partnership with some of the best youth workers and young leaders, Josephine provided oversight to the development of youth housing models, innovative supportive service partnerships and influenced local policy and systems change initiatives.
